1. Accuracy of Personalisation Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spellings, and other customisation details are entered correctly at the time of purchase.
We do not accept responsibility for errors that are submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Please double-check all information before completing your order. Mistakes made due to customer input are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Design & Layout Adjustments
We may make minor adjustments to layout, spacing, and formatting in order to ensure the best design outcome. These changes will always maintain the integrity and intent of your submitted text.

3. Cancellations
Once a personalised item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if production has not yet completed.

4. Colour & Material Variations
Due to differences in screen settings and production methods, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. These are considered normal and not defects.

5. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to reject any personalisation text that contains inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content. If this occurs, we will contact you to revise or cancel the order.
