2. Products and Personalisation
We offer both personalised and non-personalised products. By submitting a personalised order, you:

Confirm that all personalisation details are correct (names, dates, spellings, etc.)

Acknowledge that personalised items are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error on our part

Understand that personalised products will be produced exactly as the details are entered

We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments where necessary to ensure layout, spacing, or readability, without altering the meaning of the personalisation.

 

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider(s). We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

 

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Orders containing personalised items may enter production shortly after confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud

Errors in product information or pricing

Stock availability issues

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Non-personalised items are normally dispatched within 1 working day.

Personalised items are normally dispatched within 3 working days, as each item is made to order.

All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

During busy periods (such as seasonal promotions or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries depending on item availability. This will be noted in your dispatch email.

6. Returns & Refunds
Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, images, product designs, and text—is the property of Uniquely Cox and Co or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reuse, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniquely Cox and Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
