Refund & Return Policy

At Uniquely Cox and Co, we take pride in creating thoughtful, high-quality products. We want every customer to be happy with their order. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or refund.
1. Personalised Products
Due to the made-to-order nature of personalised items, all personalised products are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.
Personalised items are produced exactly as entered at the time of ordering, including spelling, punctuation, and capitalisation. Please double-check all personalisation details (names, dates, spellings, etc.) carefully before placing your order.
An exception applies only if a personalised item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Right to Cancel (Non-Personalised Items Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, for non-personalised products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period ends, either via our returns portal at: https://account.uniquelycoxandco.co.uk

3. Returns for Non-Personalised Products
Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated via our returns portal at https://account.uniquelycoxandco.co.uk.
Please note:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a non-personalised item, please contact us before returning the item at: emails@uniquelycoxandco.co.uk. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process and confirm stock availability.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at emails@uniquelycoxandco.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
