At Uniquely Cox and Co, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below to understand how we handle order processing and shipping.

UK Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Non-Personalised Items:
Non-personalised orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receiving them.

Personalised Items:
Personalised orders are made to order and are normally dispatched within 3 working days.

During busy periods (such as seasonal peaks or promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be included where available.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Orders under £25: £3.99 standard shipping
Orders £25 and over: Free standard shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

 

3. Delivery Service & Times

All orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail 48-hour service once dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions).

 

4. Multiple Deliveries

Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels, depending on product availability. If your order is split, this will be clearly detailed in your dispatch email.
